The Estates on Sundance Ridge
The Estates on Sundance Ridge is a new luxury Villa development on the Caribbean island of St.Kitts part of the St Kitts & Nevis federation. The Estates at Sundance Ridge is located on the Southeast Peninsula of St Kitts and rises to over 500 ft above sea level. Each taylor made Villa will be custom built on a full half acre site with wonderful panoramic views.
All fifteen luxury Villas at the Estate will enjoy amazing views of either the Caribbean Sea or the Atlantic Ocean together with the neighboring island of Nevis and the mountains of St. Kitts.
Each Villa plot at the Estates at Sundance Ridge is at least a half acre in size. Villas have a minimum of 5300 square feet of living space including the covered verandas. Colour schemes may vary slightly but will all blend in the same colour family. Each villa will include a large pool and spacious exterior verandas. You can choose from a pre-designed plan or the developer will build your Villa to suit. The project will have a gated entrance to provide 24 hour security and privacy. Buyers can choose the highest quality products during the construction process and feedback is encouraged. Comfortable fine island living is the general theme.
Sundance Ridge owners are fully eligible for the Economic Citizenship Program as approved by the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. Owners may also take advantage of tax exemptions while living on one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
